Christmas 2019. This is basically a song about my childhood. I could never sleep on Christmas Eve and my dad was always catching me trying to sneak out of my bed to rummage through the stockings. I was very adamant that Santa was real until I was 10 or 11, and then once I found out I promptly ruined it for my little brother. Great times.

Son: Daddy, are you Santa?
Father: Consider me one of his cheerful… little… elves
